Just seeing if anyone has some insight - whenever I do Cole's Full Body workout, my weight plateaus for 3-4 days.
Example: March 8th I worked out, my weight was 239.6. It didn't start dropping until March 11. Same thing is happening to me since March 15. I usually drop 1-2 pounds daily consistently.
I'm not concerned at all, just curious. Once those 3-4 days go by, I drop 1-2 pounds daily. I eat the same meal daily (Top Sirloin, massive salad) early in the morning and it does not change.
Starting weight (1/14/2021): 272.5, Current Weight: 232.6, Goal Weight: 210

I think Cole has talked about this before where your body just holds water weight because it freaks out a little, also sometimes you may not be taking in enough salts. I held water weight for a week once and was always thirsty. Latter found out it’s because I wasn’t taking in enough salt. I’m at 5000mg of sodium and 7000mg of potassium daily at this point when I started it was half that . As you fast more and get into better shape you should see reduced lag time also. Best of luck!
