Plateauing

Hi I am on an OMAD (one meal a day) fast and my meal accounts for roughly 300 cals deficiency a day. I should be losing a pound a week. The first 2 weeks of the fast I managed to lose close to 4 pounds each week, but for the last 2.5 weeks my weight has remained flat. I have another 7 lbs to my target weight. Does anyone have an idea what I can tweak?

With only 7 lbs to lose, you are going slower. First check in TDEE calculator: How real is your weight goal. Is it ‘recommended’ or are you aiming to low. Usually, there is a 500kcal deficit for sustainable weight loss. You can stay with 300 but know that it will take you a little more time. Which is not a bad thing. You can clean your diet and macros. Do what you are comfortable doing for a long time as IF is a lifestyle. Congratulations on your weight loss and good luck on the rest of your journey!
