Preventing Explosive Diarrhea...

So this can't be a coincidence anymore, just wanted to share this bit and see if it maybe helps anyone else out there. After doing 48s or 72s (now doing just Wednesday/Sunday refeeds), I usually tried breaking my fast with bone broth, 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, or a very light meal, yet I would alway seem to get that mild stomach pain followed by the urge to go, and it would be the usual liquid festival.... Recently I read online about breaking a fast with cooked/steamed cauliflower, and after doing it 4 times, each time has been successful in avoiding the pain and anal explosions (yay)... Now this will obviously only work for anyone who is not carnivore. Give it a try, hopefully it works for you. I eat 1 cup of cooked/steamed cauliflower, then wait 2 hours, and eat my normal refeed, works wonders so far! Good luck 👍

I find that a spoon full psyllium husk or chia seeds soaked in water for about 30 minutes helps get my digestive system going if you take it 30 to 45 minutes before you break your fast.

Got the idea from the fasting method.

Answer

Yeah I remember when I broke my fast before I caught the bus to work and I almost got off the bus before I made it to work because of the diarrhea lol. I would say if you can, to try to break your fast when you have nothing to do afterwards.
