A bit rough, just myself to blame with overdoing things this week. I’ll live. I got pretty close to my goal, ends up just barely shy… I guess I need to just eat some more butter , lol. I definitely want to do a 3 day fast myself, but, my hope is higher fat gears me up better for feeling ok doing that.
I am going to do this too. Lately I just can’t get back into fasting, it used to feel good and now just feels like garbage I am realizing. I have been letting protein creep up stupidly high and notice that too eventually leads to crazy overeating and anxiety. I like high fat and have just gotten lazy about that, but I have tried really super crazy high fat with low protein so want to see what pushing it more does.
Seems to. I took 2 months off from the gym and played hockey thrice a week with only .7 grams protein per pound of lean mass. Tried gym today and found a 5-7% strength increase compared to months ago.
