I believe most here would consider the need to drink protein right after weight lifting to be bro-science.
Unless you are a high level body builder, I think the general consensus is to get your daily macro’s down in your eating window and you’ll be just fine.
I’m of the opinion that the “anabolic window” is a way to sell whey. Which they did to me, lots of whey.
Do your own testing, but I tend to look to see who profits from me believing a certain thing. It’s always someone else and not me 😁
