I’m incredibly lazy so no frills
1 scoop protein (podium cookies and cream is my top)
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
Mix and add enough milk that it looks right (like batter)
Microwave 30 seconds then intervals of 15 until it isn’t liquid anymore. For some flair add a bit of peanut butter and let that melt on top
I love making oat flour mug cakes with whey protein powder! I usually make mine with 3 tablespoons oat flour, 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice, 2 tablespoons of whey protein powder, 2 tablespoons yogurt (could be dairy-free or soy), 2 tablespoons milk (again, could come from any source), and then whatever mix-ins you like (cocoa powder, fruit, nuts, etc). You can top it with a dollop of nut butter or coconut whip. For protein powders I suggest opting for one that’s vegetable-based, as whey-based ones can sometimes cause digestive distress.
