Depends on what you’re looking to get out of your fast.
If it’s just calorie restriction for weight loss, they all look like they’re zero calories, so you’re fine there.
If you’re fasting enough to try to hit increased autophagy, I’d say probably not. A lot of them look like they’re flavored with artificial sweeteners, which seem to be kind of controversial. Some studies indicate some of them do affect insulin, others it’s not clear. For that reason, I try to stick to stevia or monkfruit, which are generally accepted to have minimal affect on insulin, and only in my eating window.
Another thing to keep in mind is that for some people, regardless the actual effect on insulin, do experience more hunger with artificial sweeteners. The sweetness tells your body that food is coming, and it begins to respond. This doesn’t happen to everyone, and I think this is another controversial topic because of that. But if you find it really hard to make it through your fasts, even after weeks/months when you should be “used” to it, that might be the culprit. (That’s the other reason I keep sweeteners, if I use them, to my eating window. I stick to water, and plain black coffee, or plain tea, during my fasts.)
All of this said: I think that if you are otherwise dehydrated to the point of requiring IV hydration regularly, and truly cannot give up the Cirkul or find an alternative you like, then just stick with the Cirkul. Even if that means not doing IF, or not hitting longer fasts for increased benefits. The water is more important, and while IF it’s a great tool for health, it’s definitely not the ONLY tool.
