I started fasting the first of February. I am on a 16/8 but I haven't seen any significant movement on the scale in a month.
I walk 30 minutes for a 2 mile hike daily, and weight training with barbells 4 to 5 days a week. I have a couple apps to track my eating and fasting and still nothing. I have contemplated doing a 24 or 48 hour fast but at the 16 I am starving at the end now.
Anyone experienced a plateaued and then changed fasting to get the weight loss started? Any other suggestion to get the weight loss started?

I’ve heard doing a keto diet temporarily can power through a plateau. Not sure how long would be recommend to stay on keto, but I’d guess between 2-4 weeks. 1 week minimum for sure because your body needs a bit of time to use the rest of the carbohydrates sugars left over and fully switch over to strictly using fats for energy.
Edit: forgot to mention, maybe your gaining muscle? You said your doing weight training.. is that a new thing you’ve started or is it more of a maintenance type of training?
