Is IF slower when your older...I'm 63
And been IF 16:8 for 5 weeks...with exercise light weights 4x pw and walking everyday. I've lost 2kgs it just seems slow. Perhaps that's best.. would appreciate your thoughts advice and encouragements. This site is helpful.

Only thing I’m gonna say is to stay hydrated. It keeps the body functions going and digestive system working to push toxins out. I always tell myself if that pee ain’t clear then it’s time for a cup of water, but that’s just how I do.
