Question About Immunity

Curious to hear if any of you have cured your COVID through dry fasting. For me it seems a shorter fast (~12 hrs) is ineffective after the refeed (symptoms come back), and I might have to do a longer one (at least 24 hours but I’m thinking longer) for it to be effective. Anyone have experience completely curing their COVID after dry fasting? Thanks in advance 🙏

Answer

yes. I cured my covid i got back in march 2020 in Barcelona. As soon as i got it I started dry fasting for 3 days. After 100%

During the fast I did oil pulling 2 a day with coconut oil for my sore throat.

I think it is hard to say in advance how long one specific ongoing thing takes to cure, one would usually start a fast and keep going until the symtoms are gone + you start feeling hungry again. So this last comment about feeling hungry again indicates that first you have to overcome the initial hunger waves before adapting, somewhere around the first 1-3 days.
Anything less than that would be more just giving the body a break from digesting food while healing normally.

Not an expert though.

Answer

At this point even if you dry fast, how are you to know that it’s the fast vs just your immune system doing its job?

You could also take immune system boosters and skip fasting. Get your zinc, vitamin D, vitamin C, stay hydrated, etc. Also, lots of glycine in the form of bone broth and gelatin. Maybe some NAC, if you’ve got it.

I’m not a doctor and I’m not giving you medical advice. Just some things to think about.
