question about Sucralose

I recently got into the supplement protein powder; I normally get Gold standard whey protein, but was running out and decided to get some more when I was at the store. they were out of Gold Standard, so I got one called Body Fortress. it was cheap and had good protein. It had sucralose in it. I’ve seen a lot of things about it being negative in the long term. I don’t wanna just throw it out and waste it. how much do you have to take and for you long for it to really have negative effects on your body? if I don’t watch a video talking about it being bad I wouldn’t be worrying😭😭

Also it’s in EVERY protein supplement. Including ON Gold Standard.

I don’t like the taste of all the artificial sugar and it upsets my stomach. I looked hard for a quality protein without it and it’s not easy. Sucralose or some other artificial sweetener. Apparently there is no market for a product with… sugar (gasp)! Too many people are quick to “avoid sugar” yet suck down the artificial stuff with no regard. But hey… zero sugar 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Sucralose is fine in small amounts. Personally, I don’t fare well having any amount whatsoever, but for most people having an occasional protein shake or bar with it in there shouldn’t hurt. Just be careful about sugar-free products. When I first started losing weight I was eating all sorts of sugar-free products and it really messed up my gut.
