I didn’t notice bitartrate. I suggest getting a premium brand of alpha-GPC pills and taking the higher dose. (600mg i think) Compare this to your bitartrate or CDP; if the GPC is not significantly better, skip it. If neither has noticeable effects, possibly skip it.
Either way, eat some oily fish sometimes. Good egg yolks too.
