Answer

Hi everyone! I need advice on how to increase protein intake since I’m a very picky eater and having troubles finding ideas.

I’ve been trying to brainstorm how to gain more weight to turn into muscle. I’ve been working out for months and don’t see much improvement because of my picky eating habits (also very selective with foods based on consistencies - I despise gooey, slimy, and mushy foods).

My boyfriend tells me I need at least 124 grams of protein per day to maintain my protein intake. I’ve been doing research and unfortunately don’t eat most foods that are listed as high in protein, such as eggs, yogurt and cheeses (just dairy products in general).

I’m planning to buy protein powder but I don’t want to just have smoothies - so any advice on how to add protein powder to recipes would be great too!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
