I will be moving to a new city and I need to take care of my health. I won’t have a full apartment since they come at a premium and it’s just a huge pain to find one. So while at home I have been thinking of meals that would require the least amount of effort to prep which are still good for me. So far I have this:

So while this does look good to me, i just want to make sure that I am not missing something super obvious in terms of a balanced diet. Like if I follow this, about 80% of the time, I should be fine right? I have tried all these meals and they are very filling, tasty, and easy to make for me with lots of potential for variations so I am happy with this. Added benefits include that since I started testing these meals, no more acid reflux which has been a problem of mine for years. Just wanted some educated opinions on what I think is a decent set of meals for a healthy lifestyle atleast for a start. As I get bored of stuff, I will change, add, and remove stuff.

I get that whey is better than BCAA because it’s already included in the packaging, but could I forgo the nastiness of whey and get EAA instead? Or is it absolutely necessary to have whey for mor efficient gains?

What about clear whey isolates like Seeq or MyProtein? I’m trying to do what’s best for me without buying “scams”, or things that are redundant or unnecessary
