Reaching an unsatisfactory weight range.

I’m 5’10” and I used to weigh 175-179lbs. In the past month I’ve almost hit 200lbs. I was introduced to this subreddit by another redditor and I am looking for advice and how to get started. Much appreciated.

you need a minimum of an hour afteryou wake up or 2 hours before you sleep to decide your eating “window”. i do nights :). download an app, i use life its easy and free. green tea and black coffee will be your best friends. i do it daily for lymphatic issues and inflammation it really is a game changer. dont try to “fit in” calories if trying to lose weight. wake up and drink a big glass of water before coffee. i do 18:6
