Yes, definitely even though it’s only been a few months for me. I think it’s more than my stomach shrinking although that’s probably part of it. I’ve been trying to concentrate on eating very high quality foods and maybe before I wasn’t properly satiated? Since I’m eating fewer meals I can spend more time preparing them and when I feel reluctant to pay for fresh fruits and veg in the winter I think about the cost of the meds that I’m hopefully avoiding. I’ve been doing 16-8 mainly for metabolic reasons although I did drop 7% of my body weight as well. I’ve been thinking of opening up my eating window so I don’t lose too much weight but honestly I don’t get that hungry outside of the 16 hours
Edit: I meant inside of the 16 fasting hours not outside lol
My appetite is much lower then before I started. I think a big part of it is the food I’m eating as well. Way less crappy carbs and sugar that effed with my blood sugar. It’s definitely a combo of being on a schedule plus eating better for me.
I have the same experience. Full a lot faster than before I started if. I think it’s incredible how small amount of food we actually need. The oversized meals , sodas and plates really has screwed us up. It’s bad habits that’s my worst enemy. I eat although I’m full because I’m used to it. I try eating fruit if the urges get to strong.
