I can only say what I would do. I would rehydrate throughout the day with plenty more coconut water and try and get some simple foods down like noodle soup, gelatin, bone broth etc.

You ate too soon from how I read it.
Cole talked about this in older videos a lot not sure if they are there anymore.
Start with coconut water over a few hours then very slowly with cucumber (i put a bit of salt on the slices) and more coconut water then ease into light fruit etc. and then move your way up.
