Refeed suggestions

I’ve been racing my mind about refeeds for a while now My fasting routine is 3-7 days and everyday I usually go to the gym and walk for an hour or two I usually try to stick to keto refeeds but I do remember in one of his videos Cole said staying in ketosis during a refeed was a bad idea What would be good refeeds for me to follow

Just eat what you want stick to protein and veggies 🤷🏾‍♀️. Don’t make things hard . Cole gave the blue print but I don’t stick to everything . I’m about to be down 80lbs in 6 months and that’s with messing up a few times . My goal is a immediate goal is 100 lbs . On Sundays I try eating pretty clean . Wednesdays are usually very clean . Fridays I eat whatever I want always carb up on Fridays . My Saturday works out are usually very good because of this . I drop the most weight Sunday to wednesdays .
