If you’re using dry fasting for weight loss don’t do extended fasts - do 48-72hrs once a week and healthy Omad the rest of the time and you will lose weight consistently and see great results. Filanov recommends waking 10km a day during dry fasting (especially if it’s for weight loss)
According to Dr Filonov you need a gap of twice the days before going on another Dry Fast. If you are Dry Fasting 7 Days you need to wait 14 Days before your next fast.
It’s the difference between fasting and starving. Fasting 7 Days, feeding 2 days (nevermind that you can’t “feed” properly in two days after a 7 day DF. You need to start on liquids, broth, soups, fruits etc the first 1-2 days) then going back to fasting will put the body into starvation alert rather than healing becomes you’re flipping the the switch of the liver enzymes off/on/off. It’s more stressful on the body to 2 fasts back to back with a too small break than one longer one.
You’re question also starts with IF so I’m going to assume you’ve never done a 7 day Dry Fast before. As someone who has done many 7-11+ Day Dry Fasts I can assure you you will definitely NOT be wanting to fast again after just two days of feeding.
After extended fasts I always gained my weight back very quickly, I have not been obese before fasting though. The cravings for food are just so strong after a long fast.
When I did 16-8 with healthy foods, more or less no sugar, and exercising several days a week, I got way more lean
