personally what ill refeed with (little to no carbs) are eggs, beef stew meat, chicken breasts, turkey bacon, broths and low carb soups, ghee, lean cut steaks (fatty ones are good too!) seafood is good, mayo, pickled foods, kefir.
hmm basically keto foods lol just google keto friendly foods or low carb foods, maybe even keto recipes on youtube and you will find a bunch of information. fit that into your calorie needs and macros and you’re set!
personally i’m more looking forward to the fresh water and my personal favorite, seltzer with lemon juice or just plain seltzer.. oh lorddd cant wait for this 7 day fast to be over!!😭
