Refeeds on rolling 168s

How should I refeed if I do a couple of rolling 168's? I'm currently breaking record after record with my fasts and to do a month of rolling 168 with light to moderate cardio. This should kickstart my weightloss. I'm 6"2 and 257 lbs. Thanks in advance

I’ve been OMAD for 2 weeks now, and the longest fast I’ve done is 4 days. I find myself exercising a lot when I fast though (motivation hits when it hits lol).

Bro you can literally do rolling 90’s and lose 7 lbs a week, you might be biting of you can chew, if your fasting that long I would just do a straight 28 days instead of even refeeding if your that hardcore

Start off slow, because your stomach will be low on digestive fluids, so if you intake a bunch of solid food at once it’ll be very uncomfortable.

Drink some bouglion, or beef stock, or any kind of broth. Then, 20-30 minutes later, eat the salad, then eat the meat last. No one said you HAVE TO do it all in an hour. You’ll be fine with 1:30 hour window or 2 hours. What’s important is to get it right so you’re comfortable and productive through that day.

I’m trying to do this as well. One month of rolling 168s followed by 72s and 96s until I can handle it anymore. Wanting to throw in a couple of dry fasts in there to avoid loose skin if possible. Exercise is an hour walk in the morning and calisthenics in the evening followed by another walk if the push/pull/legs calisthenics takes less than an hour. Basically, supplemental walking in the afternoon to make sure I’m moving purposefully for at least 2 hours a day.
