Regaining

I did 24-72 hour fasts for about a month and lost about 19 pounds. Now being close to goal weight I am eating under 1200 daily and low carb. I also go to the gym for about 30/45 minutes a few times a week doing weight training and cardio. I’ve gained six pounds so far 233-239. Any advice ?

You will regain all the weight that was not fat, meaning water, food in your digestive system and glycogen.

You have to estimate how much fat weight you lost during your fast. Depending on your size and activity level, that can be between 1500-3500 kcal a day. A good rule of thumb is 4000kcal per pound of fat.
