No shame. Just go again from today. You’ve proven you can do it so make the decision to do it again. If you feel you’ll relapse then remember how you feel right now and how disappointed you are and hopefully that’ll keep you going. You got this.
Don’t take it as a relaps, not a huge deal. Start over again, slowly, learn on your mistakes from the previous run and you will be back on track in no time. We all struggle sometimes, but it’s worth restarting each and every time!
You don’t have to feel ashamed. Can’t you do 2 meals a day or even 3 but stay within a calorie limit?
OMAD is not the only way to do intermittent fasting . You do not have to be extreme to lose weight.
