I’m trying to start it again too. I was down 45 pounds. I’ve unfortunately gained it all back because of an incident I wasnt expecting and fell into sadness. I’m cheering for you and posts like these help others know they arent failures.
Next time, if things get tough, don’t quit completely, but instead just extend your eating time a bit, maybe 16:8 for a week. Sometimes your weight could slow, along with your motivation, because the body can get used to eating in one particular time slot and lower your metabolism. You can then hop back into 20:4 the following week and not feel bad about it, since it was a planned break to rev up your metabolism.
