Results with 16/8?

Hi! New here. Has anybody had results strictly doing 16/8? I just joined and see lots of people talking about OMAD and mixing in other variations, but I’d rather just stick to this. I workout 6 days a week & only eat Whole Foods/lean meats, but I don’t calorie count, if that makes a difference.

I lost my first 18 pounds doing 16/8 for 25 days. It also helped that it was an immediate transition for me, and I was pushing 300 pounds. I quit all unhealthy foods and stuck to just 2 meals, no snacks.

I lost my first 10 pounds doing 16:8. You can always change it later if your body wants that change but I feel it’s absolutely within the parameters of losing weight and with you working out and eating lean, you should be fine with 16:8.
