Yo guys, I wanna roll 48 dryfasts with 8 hour refeeding windows.
I’m posting this quite late cuz im 47 hours in the 1st df window.
1st window i started at 97,2 kg and i was 92,7 kg
… i wonder if i should post my progress tho, are u interested?
I have something like 18-21kg of pure fat which is like 19-23% and i wanna get it to like 10% and lose like 10-15 kg, tbh i dont really know how tall I am but its like 188 cm, i was like 12-13% at 82kg like 2 years before and even lower but my muscle mass was lower too tho or my bones got heavier haha.
But I gained a lot of fat during last 2 years due to stress, binge and emotional eating, smoking weed, munchies u know, shit food i bet a lot of u guys know i am talking about
Ok that was it, now questions.
How I should refeed myself, I was vegan before but now I wanna go pure raw vegan and get my life back on the track.
Which water to drink? The purest I can, or water with minerals?
Which fruit/veggies/seeds to eat
How many windows do u think i need to do? (Just a banter question)

The thing is i would to prolonged dry fast for like 10 days or so, i would either do it or die im psycho idc, but I’m professional poker player, I am able to play at first few days but later it gets cravings get harder and i dont really want to blow up a lot of money cuz im dryfasted even i am very disciplined and worldclass tbh and bitcoin is cheap so i cannot afford to do a long fast with no accumulating, i can do this in bullmarket not in those market conditions, I would play and sleep for 48 hours, then smoke a joint and refeed and rest for 8 hours and repeat till i get there, from there, only raw food, boxing and swimming
