Just guessing, I eat like 1100 maybe. My BMR according to some very inaccurate calculator is predicted to be around 2400. But since energy output is actually determined by hormones and not simple arithmetic based on height and body weight, who knows.
I could eat less, probably half that. I’m never hungry, I just want to nutrients. But it really doesn’t matter.
