Rolling 5/2 Dry

So I just completed my first 5 day dry fast and have been refeeding over the weekend. I felt pretty good through my fast, except for some irritability. I've been working up to this slowly. I'm looking for tips on how I can maximize my fasting period and refeed. I have another 100 pounds to lose. I plan on rotating a 7-day fast now and then and would like advice on how often I should. I appreciate any feedback; I've been mainly doing water fasts but find the DF much more beneficial. Thank you Height: 6 ft Starting weight: 385 lbs Current weight: 279 lbs Goal weight: 180 lbs. Side note: I just bought Pheonix Protocol but haven't had the opportunity to read it yet.

day 7 was the most difficult for me because esophagus really shrinks and refeeding can take more than a week and then afterwards adjusting to all the new changes. imo rolling 7s might be very dangerous. i think the person that did rolling 4s might have found the most successful long term number.

you could prove to everyone here it’s possible but just letting you know fasting 168 hours is not easy and you really want to prep far in advanced
