If you’re doing rolling 72s, it doesn’t matter when you eat. The “always eat in the morning” rule is only relevant for stuff like OMAD.
With that said, if it’s purely personal preference, you can simply go a bit longer, like 80 hours or something, and have that refeed in the morning. I’ve done that many times and found it easy.
I would have taken 48s / 72s as including the fasting + eating window.. it doesn’t really matter the time that you eat 1 hour isn’t gonna change much either way so I’d say just pick a time that’s convenient for you and try to be consistent.
If you happen to eat earlier, your current fast will be shorter but it just means your next one will be longer and vice versa
So yea, more like 47 or 71 hrs of fasting with 1 hour window, and it doesn’t really matter when that window is cause you’ll make up for it next fast etc
