Rolling 72s (ish) results

Here are my results thus far. Female in 30's 1/30-236.4 1/31-234.2 2/1-231.8-58 hours 2/2-234.0 2/3-231.8 2/4-228.8-73 hours 2/5-230.8 2/6-228.6 2/7-226.8-67 hours 2/8-229.0 2/9-226.2 2/10-224.8 Looking at my previous weight, since February 2 (7 days) I am down 9.2 pounds, so not too bad! Since January 30, I am down 11.6 pounds. I'm currently at 63 hours and will be going until Sunday, hopefully reaching 113 hours or so. Overall stats- In the last 11 days, I have fasted 261 hours (10.875 days) and have lost 11.6 pounds. I'm experienced in doing 1-3 week fasts and this is much easier and seems to give similar results. Refeeding is easier, it more sustainable, I am liking these! I'm hoping to do rolling 120s for the month of March so I'll see where I am then!

  1. What was your high weight (if it was higher before end of January)
  2. How tall are you
  3. Do you work out at all
  4. Do you count calories/carbs/etc on refeed days

I’ve just started rolling 72 & 96s myself. (Eat Weds & Sun). I was trying to do an extendd fast but couldn’t quite get past days 3 or 4 usually so I just structured it as such.

Unsure of weight loss right now because I was fasting anyways, but I have some ideas in my head of the weights I hope to see this Sunday morning and the subsequent 2.

I aim to do all of March as well before 1 week off, and then either the same, 30 days, or something else. I’ll see where I am.

I’ve also done plenty of 1-3 week fasts in the past. Which are quite easy after the first week.. But this just feels far easier to keep going.
