Rolling fasts and HIIT

Hi, I would like everyone's opinion in doing rolling fasts and HIIT training. Would that be beneficial or just would mess up with my weight loss? I plan on doing 2 48s and 1 72 per week. Refeed on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The workout would be 30min of HIIT 5 days a week. Is that a good plan? For people who have done this, I'd love to hear how it went or it's going, and I'd also love to hear others opinions on it. I want to do HIIT because I don't have much time during my days for exercise but I still want to do something, and I also don't have anywhere to just walk around. It's just not doable to walk around the neighborhood where I live.

Answer

it shouldn’t matter what type of exercise you do. just be sure to drink snake juice and be aware that you may not be able to be super intense at level 10. just bring the hiit down to about level 5 instead

I’ve been rolling 48’s for about three weeks now and I can confidently say and eventually your heart rate will increase significantly with any drastic movement.I would just hit a low level stair master consistently and that will 100% shred fat off your body

I do kettle bell swings as my HIIT. Look up the book “Simple and Sinister.” Entire routine can be done, including warmup, in 35 minutes. It’s a full body exercise and hits some of the biggest muscles in your body by working the posterior chain.

Second, google for “heavy hands” if you want a lower impact but higher cardio exercise. You are pumping, punching, swinging, and lifting light weights (eg. 2 to 5 pounds) hundreds of times. This is an awesome full body cardio workout far superior to jogging and will actually build endurance strength. This is highly recommended by me to drain your body of glucose during a fast.
