Round 2

Here we go again for round 2! Last year I lost 50lbs in 2 months doing 72s and 48s back to back, but kept eating huge refeeds and started drying my own beef jerky which led to eating beef jerky the whole day on refeeding days instead of one meal in the evenings. Also when the refeeds fell on weekends, I'd have them way too early and then have two meals throughout the day. Eventually I fell off, stayed on low carb for a bit and then went back to crappy eating with carbs and everything else, gained 60lbs as of last year. Did a 72-hour from Sunday, ate yesterday and onto a 48/72 hour to the weekend. Amped to get back into it and fix the mistakes of last time. Let's go FATTIES!

Basically same story, got lazy and gained back.

Now I’m on 48/48/72 - so 3 small meals a week.

Down just over 7 Kg so far, 19 more to go till I hit my interim goal.

I really think for keeping it off you have to do some dry fasting. Water fasts are great, they use the energy stored in a fat cell so they shrink. But dry fasting actually dismantles the fat cell. As far as I know this is the only way to actually get rid of a fat cell outside of physically removing it via surgery.
