Safe to do water fast?

I'm an 18 y/o, 5'2 female that weighs about 115-120 pounds in general. I tend to get really hypoglycemic (I think its reactive) and sometimes dip to very low levels if I don't eat every 2 hours. The lowest my bg been was 30, and I had absolutely no idea. With this in mind I have been thinking about doing a water fast, but I don't know if it's safe considering I'm at a healthy weight. Because of stress and bad eating habits I've noticed that my body doesnt look the way I want it to, and I'm the type who wants quicker results. Ant words of advice or forewarning? If I need to I have a few snacks in the house. I tried to get things that I like, including kimchi, blackberries, mango, and some avocados so that if I do eat it won't be unhealthy. ♡

Try r/zerocarb. Sounds crazy to cut all plants from your diet, but it’s legit and it works. You’ll trade in skinny fat for toned without needing to go to the gym (still go, but yeah). Digestion will improve, mental clarity, autoimmune issues will more than likely see relief as well as a wealth of other benefits. Fasting a day or two here and there is fine, but in your case I don’t see it benefitting you as much as completely changing your nutrient intake and usage for the better.
