On refeeds after a 48 hour fast on Snake Juice, i eat oven-baked salmon with a Caesar salad with Parmesan crisps as “keto croutons.”
Check out Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube who goes into detail about healthy keto. He recommends 7 cups of greens daily, but that’s not counting Cole’s proven method of weight loss of fasting.

Dairy is very problematic because it is easy to overeat, it has a lot of calories and it contains casein which can trigger addiction to eat more cheese. Not a good idea, but if you want to eat cheese on your refeeds, make sure it is not processed cheese, eat in the morning (breakfast) and stay active after your meal, go for a walk, don’t sit on your butt. I would also suggest to not consume cheese as a norm. Treat yourself sometimes, but be wary of it if your goal is weight loss.
