I live in Phoenix, AZ (dry heat) and Austin area, TX (humid) and I find that dry fasting in the dry heat is WAY easier and much more bearable in the humidity. I remember being 3 days into a dry fast in the humidity and couldn’t even run a 5k… whereas in the dry heat I was hiking 5 miles and feeling pretty good. I am more used to it now, it just took longer for me to get used to it. But yeah, it was quite the process and a little miserable at points! The body will adapt…it always does!
Also, and this might seem strange if you aren’t familiar with subtle energies. But the higher you are in altitude the more cosmic energy you receive. So if you made a lot of progress at higher altitudes, you might see some regression when going lower in elevation. I noticed this immensely after coming home from being at 10,000ft in Colorado. HUGE difference! Even bigger than the humidity/dry situation.
