Has anyone tried fasting on semaglutide? One of the things it does is raises insulin secretion so im kinda worried if I fasted on it I could hit a hypo? Ill carry something sugary with me if I try it but I might just switch to small regular meals because the semaglutide will be keeping my appitite under control anyway

My understanding of the GLP-1 agonist medications like semaglutide is that they only raise insulin in the context of eating. So you should be fine with fasting. (I fast on tirzepatide without any issue.)
