I had an orgasm yesterday about 36 hours into a 5 day soft/hard dry fast and it was a mistake.
I was feeling relatively okay prior, but the combination of super high heart rate with the liquids lost to create the ejaculation made me feel like crap about 2 hours later.
I was only doing it hoping the orgasm would relieve some boredom and help me sleep.
Instead, I’ve had an excruciating migraine for the last 36 hours (I’m 1 hour away from day 4). I’ve also felt on and off nauseated and nearly wanted to vomit today.
It seems I thru off everything! I will never orgasm again during a dry fast. Big mistake.
