Currently on my 108th hour, this is my second five day fast, I had done 72 and then 96 hours previously. This time I decided to cut out black coffee, and it was easier than I thought it would be. I made sure to take my minerals, and I think that helps, even though I know it’s said that you don’t really need them on shorter extended fasts.
Female - 5’3” SW 212 (this time, I started calorie counting at the beginning of March and my weigh then was 235) CW 201 and my goal is to just keep losing until I feel like it’s time to hit maintenance…I’m 41 and not sure I’ll ever be 120 again, but we’ll see.

I originally wanted to fast for 120 hours each week. I was 66 hours into my first fast and began to feel bad. So I broke my fast with a large Thai salad.
I think my new game plan is to contine with 60 hours fasts and gradually work my way to 120 hours.
I’m currently 16 hours into my second fast.
