Short fasting window benefits

I see most people are doing longer than 2 days of dry fasting. I want to start out with a 24 - 36 hour fast a few times a month. I’m not looking to reverse a disease. My issues are weight loss and resetting my body after 2 years of terrible food choices based off a stressful life as a health care worker these last few years. Realistically, is there any significant improvements I can expect with a shorter dry fasting window of 24- 36 hours?

Answer

Although it may be longer than youre looking for. A routine I have just started is doing 3 days dry, 3 days snake Juice and a 800-1200 call Keto refeed. I do one or two of coles kidney shots the day before my dry fast, 3 days.. then move right into about 1.5 liters snake juice with equal parts 1/2 teaspoon of the 4 salts, epsom food grade, redmill baking soda, no salt and good pink Himalayan sea salt. Then ill eat a salad with acv/olive oil dressing, then like kimchi, celery, or broccoli slaw with sausage or smoked keilbasa. Around 85%fat 15% protein and trace carbs. Ill post results once i cycle a full two weeks, cheers!

Here’s another possible routine that may work for you: 18/6 dry fast IF with a 2-3 day dry fast every 2 weeks. This came from a commenter on a different forum and I believe this person also eats keto, but not positive.
