I lost 30# last year with IF/low carb. I slightly fell off the wagon during the holidays into the new year but I didn't gain a significant amount back, but rather plateaued. I started a more rigid regimen mid January and started losing again. At first it was slow, but I started feeling unwell and as my stomach shrank, I think it became more sensitive and as a result, loss was quicker. I can't seem to eat more than a few bites of pretty much anything before I feel unwell in my stomach and can't eat anymore. I know more details/measurements will be helpful but I'm just wondering if this is a common issue when getting back into it. Thanks in advance.

I’d do a reset - more calories with a longer eating window. And note what you’re eating to see if something there is to blame.
If you don’t think you need to see your doctor now and want to give it time, do this for a couple weeks.
But if you’re just not eating or getting pains, see your doctor as soon as you can.
