Should I break my fast?

I am fairly new to fasting. I am currently on day 4 of, what i planned to be, my first 5 day fast. I am currently feeling really good and am experiencing all the mental and physical benefits of extended fasts. Should I end the fast tomorrow as originanally planned or keep going because im feeling good? The longest ive fasted before this was 48 hrs so I dont know if extending it beyond 5 days is responsible or not given my inexperience with extended fasts. Any advice with this would be a huge help. Way to go first of all !! I would say listen to your body. If you can go for it I know when I completed the 5 days it was a huge win for me so I would say as long as you feel up to it go for it. At the end of day 5 I felt like I could go another 3/5 days but never had gone that long with our food that I decided to break it. One thing I learned late was proper electrolytes replenishment helps out a lot when doing extended fast .
