I think you should continue, but don’t do that next time.
You will get back into the deep ketosis soon, as it was only a bit of water. Your results will probably lessen due to the “time off”.
You should move around to help avoid water retention - typical when you’re super dehydrated and only partially rehydrate yourself.
When you intentionally break the fast make sure to slowly drink a ton of water (with lots of electrolytes; salt, potassium, baking soda, etc) to help hydrate but also flush it right back out of you, avoiding water retention. Exercise can also help you flush out the extra water.
Don’t beat yourself up! Things happen for a reason. Learn the lesson and don’t repeat the mistake :) You’ll be fine.
