should I push myself?

I've been doing 16:8 for about a week now and I find that I actually stop eating before the end of my eating period most days so I'm trying 17:7 now. Is it worth it to keep trying to challenge myself to shorten my eating window this early or should I stick to something like 16:8/17:7 for some amount of time?

I have 16:8 set in my tracker app but most days am achieving 18:6. I love the longer fasts but also having the flexibility to end the fast and do 16:8 if I want to. Although I have set 16 as my minimum do what works for you.
