silent subliminals re-programming my subconscious mind is that okay while dry fast?

Yea crazy question

Answer

This could make for a potent combination, especially in longer fasts. I noticed a stronger focus inward the longer I dry fast, also deeper meditation and yoga nidra sessions. For me especially yoga nidra gets me in the space between sleep and wakefullness reliably, thats when the analytical mind takes a step back, opening up your subconscious mind. There is a yogic tool, called a “sankalpa”. It’s essentially an extra-powerful intention setting ritual, woven into a meditation or yoga nidra practice to help rewire your subconscious mind. I’ve had great success with it personally and found its effects to be vastly amplified during dry fasting. Sometimes to the point of reaching states of pure bliss and intense tears of joy and relief. Definitely took some practice and more often than not doesn’t get as intense but for me it still seems to be the best way to access the subconscious. Maybe this can be of use for you, enjoy your fasting!

Answer

Only if you trust the source of your subliminal recordings. I had a friend who worked at a radio station so he had some of the best equipment available. He ran through a few of them to reveal the subliminal messages. Out of 5 three were clean, I was questionable (meaning I didn’t align or agree with it) and one was disgusting pure trolling. Never use the free stuff.

Ever since that experience the only time I use subliminal would be if it comes from a very well known and reliable source or if I make my own which is the best option. There are loads of easy to use softwares for that.

By using your own subliminal you are 100% in control what goes into your brain and making your brain less susceptible to get reprogrammed by someone else. Guard your mind.
