I’ve started dry brushing while dry fasting and that is helping a ton with dark spots amd scars. Slowly but surely.
Also if you want a natural was to fade and eliminate dark spots, turmeric is the way to go.
Personally, I’ve done the opposite when I learned about Vitamin D. I watched this lecture given by a doctor about Vitamin D, how important it is and how most people are deficient in it. He helped get an app developed to keep track of our Vitamin D, and telling us when we should go outside and for how long. We’re talking about only like 20-30 minutes of sun a day, in the late morning. I’m still white as heck lol.
But as long as you take a quality vitamin D supplement (which you pretty much have to in the winter anyway), you could be fine in that regard.
