Small plateaus ?

Hi so starting February 1st I realized that I can fast again after not being able to for 2+ years and am down 10 pounds in the past couple of days through rolling 48s But for the past 3 days I’ve been stuck at the end of the 10 pounds This used to happen a lot last time I used to fast but I don’t remember how I would get through it 😭 Any of you guys have tips ? I’m like super anxious right now for reasons I don’t want to get into but I just really want to see myself lose again

Ask yourself if you really burned 35,000 calories (10 lbs) in a couple days. Unlikely, right? Your body is just realigning and rehydrating. Plus the food during your refeeds weighs something.

When you’ve actually burned over 35k calories and are still at 10 lbs lost, switch up your routine. Otherwise, just stick with it.

You should be eating waaaaay more than that. I kid you not; fuel up better and let the process work. You can drop weight by just fasting and eating your fair share when you are fueling. I personally believe that when you fast, you burn fat. When you fuel, you should fuel without consuming too much to put on extra fat but enough to satiate and keep you trucking.
