Hi all.
So I saw another post about wiping. I wasn't big enough that wiping was an issue, but at my heaviest of 103kg I found that it was becoming increasingly difficult to put socks on and bend down to tie my laces. I was getting breathless trying to bend down past the bulging belly.
Started calorie restriction in about June of last year, and hit a plateau for months at 100kg. Started fasting (mostly 16:8/18:6, with some longer fasts) at the start of December, and am now down to 94.1kg (according to BMI, I've moved from "moderately obese" to "overweight", which is a strange milestone to celebrate...)
Fasting is an amazing lifestyle. After about a week, it became easier. I'm using sugar free electrolytes throughout the day to keep myself healthy, and supplementing with a good multivitamin and fish oil. Feeling way better when I need to touch my feet for any reason 🙂

Happy for you dude ! But the journey must keep on going ! Keep on pushing ! Make a bigger effort in your diets, exercise, and fasting (with caution and supervision) and implement them in your daily routine. Not only to lose the weight, But mainly for the mental fortitude and refinement of character that comes alongside healthy diligence.
Best of luck to you.

That’s fantastic! Keep going. Getting your metabolism back to healthy is one of the best things you can do for yourself, and fasting is one of the best things to help with that! Losing weight is kinda a bonus.
