A big salad with dinner always makes me feel full. I have green leaf lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, bell pepper, croutons, pepperoncini, feta or cheddar.
I don’t understand why you don’t list veggies in your diet.
Protein protein protein. That’s what keeps you full.
Fish, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, beef/chicken/pork, shrimp, lentils and beans. Look to base meals around those ingredients and it will really lessen your hunger and cravings while keeping your calories down.
I have two meals a day.A boiled egg around 11.30am and then a protein smoothie around 12.30pm.
Smoothie:Cottage cheese - proteinBanana - you can omit thisFrozen berriesI tsp peanut butter1 tsp vanilla pasteSplash coconut waterBlend to a soft ice cream consistencyThis amounts to around 450calories and takes a while to eat because its pretty much frozen. Very filling.
Dinner is chicken, lamb, beef or tofu with veggies or a salad around 600calories.I rarely eat rice or potato or pasta. If I do I just make my portions smaller.I eat around 1200 calories a day.
Try: - smoked salmon, baked or raw - sushi, steak, eggs, tofu, sardines, tuna, turkey
