This might be counter intuitive, but I would actually start the journey by hitting gym(I lost 10kg quite rapid when I first started from the extra metabolism). When you get adequete mucsle mass, they burn you energy every day, so weight loss comes easier. Also when you stop fasting you can hit gym and get muscle and metabolism up easier. Rolling 72’ are whetr I am at now… They optimize the growth hormone so you actually with this protocol do not end up loosing muscle.
If anyone is over their regular body weight and if they were to fast the body will use your fat stores for fuel i.e. you will not lose your muscle. Unless you are fasting for a long time like 10 or 20 days + straight no food depending on the body fat they have. It is safe to do OMAD. Since you are younger though it would benefit if you are able to get some light dumbells and look up youtube dumbell workouts or strength training workouts without the dumbells like push-ups, squats etc. or sign up at the gym and start weight training with light weights this will boost your metabolism and you will also gain muscle as you are loosing the body fat it’s a win win. Make sure you are eating enough calories especially when going to the gym can go online and find a online daily calorie calculator. I hope this helps. Mens body burn quicker so it won’t take you long to lose the fat if you are consistent.
Fasting is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18. No studies have been done because they are unethical. But it’s possible it can affect growth and development. You’re at the upper range, but not quite there. Suggest holding off until you’re at least 18.
Eat three heathy meals a day. Don’t snack. Less bread. More veggies and fruit. Come back in a year.
