Some questions about SD

Hello friends. I'm considering starting up with the Snake Diet, and I have some questions. \- What does the "rolling" in rolling 48's mean? \- What sort of progress can one reasonably expect to make in the first month? (It would depend on the starting point I suppose. Will list my stats.) \- Does the SD impede on ones ability to work and function cognitively? I'm afraid my body is quite used to spiking itself with glucose from carbohydrates and I suspect I will get the flu from this. \- Does the body ever get to the point where you don't feel like you're artificially full all the time? I feel like my stomach is full even though I'm hungry.. Does that go away? I feel like its keeping me away from running and jogging. My height is: 176cm, weight is 83,6kg, estimated body fat percentage is 20-30% (it's not pretty). I'd like to get to 75kg with SD and then start putting on muscles with strength training. ​ Thank you in advance for your answers and guidance.

I’m a 46 year old female landscaper. My job is very physically demanding, and I sweat like a pig. I have fasted as long as 21 days without having any issues at work, but the snake juice is absolutely non-negotiable.

“Rolling” simply means you are consecutively fasting after your refeeds. So with 48 hours of fasting you would start fasting say at 8am and would not eat until the second day at 8am. Just think of it like you skip a day. One day you eat, one day you don’t.

Also I would suggest you try a 72 hour fast first before you start 48 hours. 72 hours is important because it will truly empty your stomach and allow it to heal. Although everyone is different so if you can do 72 hours then do it.

Getting to 74kg shouldn’t be an issue from 85kg, within 1 month. Maybe 2 months if you are lazy and bad with your refeeds.

You can lose that weight in one month. I would start with a 3 day fast at first, but if you can extend it, go up to 5 days and then start rolling 72h (for even faster results) or 48h. Keep your refeed meals keto clean and avoid gaining any weight during refeed days so weigh yourself daily. Finally, try to reach a minimum 15k steps/day. With all that, you should reach your goal weight, no excuses! Drink your juice!
